Autonomy Gradient

Terms

These terms govern use of the Autonomy Gradient public website and related services.

Use of the service

You may use this site for lawful, internal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

No professional advice

All content, scores, and outputs are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, security, compliance, financial, or operational advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made from or related to use of this site.

Model license

The Autonomy Gradient framework content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). You may share the unmodified framework with attribution for non-commercial use. You may not use the framework commercially or publish modified derivative versions without explicit written permission. To view a copy of this license, visit https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.

Implementation asset exceptions

To support adoption, selected implementation assets such as templates, contribution scaffolds, and integration-oriented materials may include explicit additional permissions documented in the framework repository's license-scope policy. These permissions are exceptions to the default license for specific files and do not change the canonical model license.

Data usage and benchmarking

By using this assessment tool, you grant Autonomy Gradient a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to use submitted data in anonymized and aggregated format for industry benchmarking, whitepapers, and trend analysis. We will never sell or disclose your specific company identity or raw data to third parties without explicit consent.

Commercial, derivative, and exception requests

If you need commercial use rights, derivative rights, or approved exceptions such as translations, educational adaptations, or controlled internal variants, submit a licensing request through the Autonomy Gradient framework repository contribution workflow. Approved exceptions must be explicit and in writing.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Community contributions and IP

We welcome collaborative contributions, including model language updates and blog submissions. By contributing, you confirm you have the right to submit the content and grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute the contribution as part of the framework and related services. Final editorial decisions, publication control, and canonical model language decisions remain with us.

Updates and future commercial terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including these terms, at any time without notice. We may also introduce paid plans, enterprise features, or other commercial offerings in the future, which may be subject to additional terms.
